If you have been remotely connected to the internet, and are somewhat a gamer, then you will have heard of Rockstar’s sandbox epic, Grand Theft Auto V. If you know of GTA V, then I’m going to assume you know that the release date is 17th of September, which - for us in Australia – began 16 hours ago. With the time differences between countries, some have played GTA V before others even thought about heading to the midnight launch and picking it up, which is actually a topic worth discussing another time.
Since, and even before, GTA V launched it has become one of the most talked about games this generation, with years of hype and strategic leaks all building up to this day. Social media sites exploded the moment gamers started getting their hands on it, review embargos have lifted – revealing near-perfect scores across the board - and people all around the world are talking about it.
