Ubisoft has confirmed the worst for Xbox 360 and future Xbox One owners, stating that the Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag’s PlayStation-exclusive DLC won’t be available on any other platforms. The statement is most likely a response to the rumors that flew across the web this past week saying that the DLC would come to other platforms six months after launch.
But the studio has now confirmed to Eurogamer that this is not the case. If you want to play Aveline’s hour long adventure, you’ll need to play it on a PS3 or PS4.
The game itself is already out on current gen consoles, and will be available on PS4 and Xbox One at launch.
