Ubisoft confirmed that a new Assassin’s Creed, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and Tom Clancy’s The Division will all be coming out this year during a recent conference call.
“The strong install base” for the Xbox One and PS4 “should offer a nice tail-wind, and we expect software growth to come back,” said CEO Yves Guillemot. “With the introduction of The Division” the company hopes to benefit with new IPs.
While no details were revealed about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed game, which is rumored to be set in Victorian London following a set of gameplay screenshots leaked to the internet, more info regarding the game will be unveiled at Ubisoft’s year-end investors call in May.
