With The Handsome Collection on its way in March, Gearbox is allegedly working on the next Borderlands game. Recently CEO Randy Pitchford mentioned that they’re working on the next “big” thing. We don’t know what the next game is, but it is largely speculated to be Borderlands 3. While it wasn’t exactly stated, the remarks Karl Slatoff made made it very clear that the next game would only be for next-gen consoles. Other than this small bit of information, we have nothing else on the next game. We don’t know the subject, we don’t know the release date, or even a projected release date. All we know is that The Handsome Collection releases March 24 in North America for Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
