Recently, it was revealed how many players the game will support online.Konami has confirmed that Metal Gear Online will support up to 16 players on PC and current-gen. Unfortunately, this is only for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will only allow 12 players per match. In these matches, two teams of soldiers compete with each other, with one player taking over as Snake. The game features a variety of modes, including extraction missions and team deathmatch.
