Square Enix: "More PS4 titles in 2015"
Shinji Hashimoto, Executive Producer at Square Enix, has announced that the company wants to help spread PS4 even further. In a recent interview with Famitsu he said "including ones yet to be announced, there really are a lot of games to look forward to this year".Hashimoto last appeared at the Playstation Experience in December where he promised something pretty huge and then went on to reveal the PS4 Final Fantasy VII remaster. So aside from hearing about the X/X2 redux, we've also seen Final Fantasy Type-0 brought to the new generation. We know that they're currently busy working on Final Fantasy XV, which from the demo looks like it's going to be a massively important game for the company and the console. Square Enix also gave us Dragon Quest Heroes and have also announced a sequel to popular appeal.

Hashimoto last appeared at the Playstation Experience in December where he promised something pretty huge and then went on to reveal the PS4 Final Fantasy VII remaster. So aside from hearing about the X/X2 redux, we’ve also seen Final Fantasy Type-0 brought to the new generation. We know that they’re currently busy working on Final Fantasy XV, which from the demo looks like it’s going to be a massively important game for the company and the console. Square Enix also gave us Dragon Quest Heroes and have also announced a sequel to popular appeal.
Could it be possible that we may see more movement on the Kingdom Hearts series? How far along are they with the next Tomb Raider title? Hashimoto certainly knows how to stir things up so expect to be hearing some big news from Square Enix over the next few months.
There is still a huge catalogue of titles they could move forward with so with games still to announce, what titles do you hope we’ll be seeing from Square Enix this year? Let me know in the comments!
