Warcraft adds Timewalking feature for old content
World of Warcraft's 6.2 patch will introduce a new feature designed to make old content challenging again. Timewalking will be available on selected weekends and will transport players back to previous dungeons and scale the players' item level down to the heroic version of that particular dungeon. There will be seven new weekend activities added in 6.2 and two of them will be Timewalking events which will run from noon Friday until noon Monday. But that's not all, Blizzard says "a good challenge deserves a good reward", so all loot from these scaled down dungeons will be scaled up to your current level when you leave. So you could grab your very own top level version of King Ymiron's Red Sword of Courage for example. Also there will be Seals of Tempered Fate awarded for completing the Timewalking challenges.
