Console owners will not be receiving a Witcher 3 patch this week
The Witcher 3 is a truly massive game, and like any massive game, there are more than a few glitches and hiccups here and there. But thankfully CD Projekt Red is wasting no time jumping on those glitches, already working to make the game better. That said, following a sizable patch to the PC version of the game yesterday, Marcin Momot, Community Lead for CD Projekt Red, took to twitter earlier today to confirm the console version of that patch definitely won’t be coming this week. When asked what the patch would include, Momot stated, “We're working on addressing what we can. We collect everything the community is reporting.” The patch, reportedly sent to certification on Wednesday, will likely deal mostly with graphics and stability, though other complaints, about things like the game’s small font size, have been making the rounds on the internet as well.

This all comes after CD Projekt Red confirmed they dialed back the graphics from what was seen in the game’s early demos in order to create the game’s gigantic world. For all your Witcher 3 news, and just to stay up to date, be sure to keep checking back right here on Gamespresso.
