Sega has announced that Hatsune Miku Project Mirai DX will no longer release on May 26th. Instead, the game has been pushed until this September for both North America and Europe. The game will be $39.99 for both physical and digital versions of the game.
Along with the announcement of the delay, Sega has also revealed a special physical launch edition of the upcoming Hatsune Miku title. Offered at retailers nationwide, the launch edition will include the game, premium packaging, and a 3-foot wallet chain designed after Miku’s belt. All copies of the game will include 19 double-sided augmented reality cards that show off additional dance moves and costumes.
Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX will come with 48 full-length songs. Along with Miku, Project Mirai DX will feature various other vocaloid artists. In addition to the rhythm gameplay in the title, players are also able to customize a virtual apartment for the various characters with decorations, seasonal items, and more.
Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai DX will release on September 8th in North America, and on September 11th in Europe. The game will be available for the 3DS.
