Spark Unlimited’s studio in Los Angelos had been shut down and all of it’s assests were put up on sale on CMA Auctions as noted by a NeoGAF member.
The company had shut down due to core members in the development cycle opting to move on to greener pastures with co-founder Craig Allen resigning late last year. There were also several projects that were set to be worked on and released by the company that has since been canned and will more than likely never see the light of day.
In terms of game development, the studio will no longer be continuing forward in that endeavor; however, some employees will continue to work together on other media such as movies.
