In an early showing on Amazon, a new definitive edition of Darksiders 2 has been revealed. This version is being called Darksiders 2 DeathInitiative, going along with the fact that you play as the character Death, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
The product page itself does not reveal much more itself. The only console listed at the moment is Ps4, but there is no saying it could not become available on other consoles in the future. There is also a release date of December 31st, 2015, but this is most certainly just a placeholder.
After being receiving the rights to the Darksiders series from THQ, Nordic Games will now be the publisher of this game and hopefully future installments. Darksiders 2 received very good reviews after its initial release in 2012. All versions of the title have over an 80% on GameRankings.
