No more last-gen games from Ubisoft
Ubisoft has announced that they will no longer support the last generation of consoles for upcoming games. Any new game coming from Ubisoft, including the recently announced Assassins Creed: Syndicate, will only be released on the current generation of consoles. The only exception to this rule is Just Dance, which will continue to be found on all available consoles. This announcement puts to rest any theory of a new Assassins Creed game exclusive to the last generation of consoles, similar to an Assassins Creed: Rogue, which was released last year. It is only a matter of time until other big video game publishers follow suit. Will this convince you to buy a current-gen console (Xbox One, PS4, PC, or Wii U) if you have not done so already?
