The Pokemon Company and Nintendo have announced a brand new game in the Mystery Dungeon series, Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon, which will be the next entry in the turn-based Pokemon spinoff series for the 3DS.
While they were reluctant to reveal any details surrounding the game, Nintendo did reveal that the series has now sold more than 13 million copies around the world.
The only bit of information The Pokemon Company gave concerning the new game was that Super Mystery Dungeon will offer “even greater, randomly generated dungeons” and with the help of both Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, players will battle in an effort to “save the world in a sweeping tale of adventure and mystery.”
Super Mystery Dungeon is set to launch this winter in North America for the 3DS.
