The Witcher 3 has 90 separate battle animations

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt is going to be huge; this we already know.

But it’s not just in terms of the size of the map that this game has been crammed with effort and detail. For instance, it has been reported in a recent gameplay-information video from PlayStation Access that The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt will include 90 separate animations, and that’s just for when the player is in combat, not to mention anything else such as riding horseback.

That’s a huge figure in comparison to The Witcher 2, which is put to shame with a mere 20 battle animations meaning that the third entry in the series dwarfs its predecessor with a whole 70 more battle animations.
