What do you think of women being in FIFA 16?
The first major piece of news has been released regarding this years annual FIFA game and it's a surprising one to say the least. In a feature that none of us saw coming, FIFA 16 will feature women's national teams for the first time in the series history. However, only a select few national teams are being given this treatment including Germany, USA, France, Sweden (nice), England, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Spain, China, Italy, and Mexico. However, you cannot put women's teams up against men's teams, for some reason.

What do you think about this move? I am massively passionate about football but have personally never given a toss about the female equivalent, most likely because it’s never really broadcast accessibly. Nevertheless, EA Sports are reaching out to a new part of the gaming market with this iteration which is definitely interesting to see.
Nevertheless, the fact that there’s only select few of the female national teams in the game perhaps outlines one of football’s oldest issues – it’s predominantly considered a male sport. Are the lack of female teams in the game cause for concern or is the addition a step in the right direction regardless?
It’s a good thing Andy Gray’s no longer one of FIFA’s commentators though, eh?
