This recent bit of information regarding Valve and HTC’s VR Headset Vive, will be music to your ears, and stomach.
It has come to light, via Gamespot, Owlchemy Labs is assisting Valve to develop technology to eliminate nausea and motion sickness completely. The Vive Headset is going to track the user through space – rather than just track head movements, this will making using it a much more natural experience.
One of the main complaints of Oculus Rift was the nausea it induced, though that has become less apparent as the kit has been improved.
Sadly it’s going to be a little longer before we learn any more about the Vive, as Valve has already ruled themself out of E3 this year.
