An official ruling has been released in regards to EU caster Deficio and Copenhagen Wolves’ coach, Dentist. On May 28th, information was shared from allegedly shared to Dentist revolving around leaked strategic plays for the upcoming match between SK Gaming and Copenhagen Wolves. Before launching an investigation, Deficio was removed from the panel and the match was delayed.
When Riot looked into the matter further, they discovered that Deficio had been approaching players, both contracted and free agents, about joining Copenhagen Wolves. While there was no proof that he was giving information to Dentist, Deficio has been suspended for tampering with teams until Week 4 of EU LCS and will not be sitting in on any Copenhagen Wolves matches indefinitely.
The coach for Copenhagen Wolves has been suspended for misleading his players with false information for the next 4 weeks.
