Fallout 4 to be single-player only
Since the creation of single-player open-world titles, it's always been everyone's dream to have their friend alongside them killing dragons and completing quests. And with the announcement of Fallout 4, everyone's favorite question is wondering whether it would have a multiplayer aspect to it. According to a recent interview with Mashable, Fallout 4's director Todd Howard goes over how he debates whether to put multiplayer mechanics in a game."Believe it or not, every time we do a game we design a multiplayer mode just to see what we would do," Todd Howard told Mashable at E3 2015. "Then we go, 'Yup, we shouldn't do that. That's an awesome idea that is way too distracting from the main thing we want to do, which is single player. I could see ways it would work, but development-wise, they're very different experiences."
