PS Plus version of Driveclub races onto PS Store, and then disappears
Despite what seems like forever, the PlayStation Plus version of the racing-sim Driveclub finally made its way onto the PlayStation Store, until it was taken off a short while later. The version of Driveclub that was (and clearly, will be again soon) available to PlayStation subscribers includes "every Driveclub feature," including "online multiplayer matches and challenges, to offline solo racing, Tour events, customization, replays, Photo Mode, and more." Those who upgrade to the full version of the game after this version will receive more than 40 additional cars and five more locations.

This version of the game appeared on the store earlier today, apparently earlier than Sony planned, as it was taken down just a few hours later and remains down at the time of this writing.
Driveclub, developed by Evolution Studios, was originally slated to be released as a launch title for the PlayStation 4, but was delayed almost exactly a year, until it was released to a massive amount of online connectivity problems rendering the game unplayable for many of those who purchased it. The PlayStation Plus version was delayed, and after rumors swirled that it was an indefinite delay, Sony reassured fans that it was coming, and if today is any indication, this download should be headed to PlayStation Plus subscribers sooner than later.
