So far the top five makes for unsurprising reading. Red Dead Redemption is leading the vote with over 60,000 followed by Black Ops 2 with 57,000, in third is Skyrim racking up almost 55,000.
The battle for fourth is a much more close run thing between Modern Warfare 2 and Halo: Reach. MW2 is currently ahead with 47,838 – Halo: Reach is only lagging behind by ~300 votes.
If you’d like to vote for your favourite game, and hopefully bump it up the list, you can do so here. As per the nature of the backwards compatibility project, I assume voting is open indefinitely.
The backwards compatibility feature is destined to launch towards the end of the year.
