Sonic Dash, an endless runner game, was released March 3013 for Android, Ios, and Window phones. Since then the game has hit over 100 million downloads, making it the most downloaded Sonic game ever.
Sega has released an infographic with all of the statistics of the game. According to the chart Sonic has ran billions of miles and has collected billions of rings.
Sonic Dash is a free-to-play game, so in order to make money the games relies on microtransactions. Just because 100 million people downloaded the game, doesn’t mean that every person spent money on the game. For the time being Sega has not mentioned how much money the game has made.
