Xbox 360 backwards compatibility announced for Xbox One
At Microsoft's E3 conference today, Phil Spencer head of Xbox announced that backward's compatibility will be coming to the Xbox One.Over 100 titles will be playable on your Xbox One console, including retail disks. For those who have digitally purchased Xbox 360 games in the past, they'll automatically pop up in your game library on the Xbox One.

The service will be available holiday 2015 via an update and backwards compatibility is up to the developer as to whether or not they’ll support it. It’s available now for preview members.
