PSN experienced some issues Friday morning as an update caused most PSN users to have trouble signing in and navigating the Playstation Store. Sony explained the issue in a tweet later in the day, “We’re aware that PSN is experiencing connectivity issues. Thank you for your patience as we investigate.”
For awhile users were forced to play offline and some even had trouble playing certain games. Playstation Video also was not working properly leaving many customers in the dark. It’s no secret Sony has had trouble with PSN from time to time but this remained one of the shorter outages of the year.
Later in the afternoon it was confirmed that PSN is indeed back up and running and all is well in Gotham City.
