With the many hangups that PSN users have experienced over the last few weeks, it’s no surprise a website has been erected as a place for users to voice complaints. The website betterpsn.com has gone online to help coordinate complaints towards the shoddy network. One of the biggest pushes has been the hashtag campaign #BetterPSN which many people have been tweeting at Sony executives.
The website also allows users to to make suggestions to better PSN and have those suggestions voted on by their peers. Some suggestions include the ability to send recorded videos, better trophy synching, and enhanced friends list.
For now, many users will settle for having a less spotty network connection. With the recent issues popping up, we can only hope that Sony is hearing our grumbling.
