Sony’s virtual reality headset, Morpheus, will make an appearance at the Gamespot Expo this coming September. Gamespot and Sony announced the partnership with the ambition of demonstrating the capabilities of the project.
Visitors to the Expo will be able to see a good amount of demonstrations for Morpheus and be able to get a real hands on experience with the hardware. The project was seen at E3 earlier this year, and another appearance at an event such as this is quite intriguing.
GameStop director of merchandising Eric Bright said, “Having experienced virtual reality with Project Morpheus at E3 this year, I can confidently say that this is something that truly must be seen to be believed,”
Project Morpheus is set to launch in early 2016 for consumers, though a pricing guide has not been made available just yet.
The Gamespot Expo will be taking place in the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, on Wednesday 2nd of September 2015.
