That hard drive is getting fuller all the time.
Rare Replay, the upcoming 30 game collection from developer Rare, will require 50 GB of space on the Xbox One to install all 30 titles.
As Gamespot reports, Microsoft’s website currently has the size for the game listed as 11.26 GB which appears to be relatively small for new releases in the current console generation. However, we’re not out of the woods with just 11 GB yet.
When players attempt to play all 30 games, the titles included in the collection that were on Xbox 360 are not actually included on the disc, but will be added to your download queue when the game is initially installed, leading to an additional 38 GB of space needed for the complete download.
Games that will require this download include Viva Piñata, Perfect Dark, Kameo: Elements of Power and more. The disc includes all games released before the 360 era such as Battletoads and Snake Rattle ‘n’ Roll.
Rare Replay is set to launch on August 4, 2015 for the Xbox One and will include 30 titles from developer Rare. The infamous glitch in the included title Battletoads will reportedly be fixed in time for the title’s release.
