Quantum Break, the next game from Max Payne and Alan Wake developer Remedy, finally gets a release date. Microsoft announced at their Gamescom briefing today that the Xbox One exclusive will arrive April 5th.
Self described as “the ultimate Remedy game”, the time-manipulating action adventure was previously scheduled for release this year, but was shifted back to 2016 to make way for higher profile first-party games like Halo 5: Guardians and Forza Motorsport 6.

Quantum Breaks’ world is to be expanded with an accompanying TV show. The show, featuring Game of Thrones’ Aidan Gillen, explores the villains of the narrative, whilst the game focuses on it’s heroes.
