Gears of War and Shadow Complex added to Xbox One's backward compatibility
Microsoft has added another two games to the Xbox One's backward compatibility program. Gears of War and Shadow Complex are now available for play to anyone in the Xbox Preview Program.Epic Games created Gears of War and it was released in 2006 for the Xbox 360 and later on the PC. It is a third-person shooter with tons of gore and beloved multiplayer. Shadow Complex was created by a subsidiary of Epic Games, Chair Entertainment, and released in 2009 for the Xbox 360. It is a side-scrolling platform-adventure game.

While, all of Xbox One’s backward compatible games are only available to Preview Program members right now, it will roll out to all users this fall. Microsoft has promised “hundreds” of supported games by the time it is released to all Xbox One users. As we get closer to the fall more games will be announced.
