Sony have released a new Japanese trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, which sets up Big Boss’ decent into villainy and build up to the series’ conclusion.
The trailer (below) also references the series’ close relationship with PlayStation. Metal Gear Solid debuted on PlayStation, and every game in the series has been released for a PlayStation home or portable console.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain releases for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC on September 1st.
