The multiplayer map, Nuketown, may be making yet another appearance in a Call of Duty game.
The possible return comes about as the Brazilian PlayStation Network had a Digital Deluxe edition of Black Ops 3 which listed ‘NUK3TOWN’ as a bonus. The game page has since been edited, but the original listing can be seen over at MP1ST.
Nuketown appearing in Black Ops 3 isn’t beyond the realms of possibility as the map is highly regarded among players and has been included in Treyarch’s Black Ops and Black Ops 2. The map also featured in the PlayStation Vita title Black Ops: Declassified.
At the moment this is still just a rumour, but if the map does make its way into Black Ops 3, it wouldn’t really be a surprise.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is currently undergoing a beta on Xbox One and PC. The game will be released on November 6th for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
