Earlier this week Bungie revealed six new Exotic items that will be available in Destiny’s latest expansion, The Taken King. We covered the first three Exotics here, and today, we take a look at the last three.
1.) TELESTO
The first up is the Exotic Fusion Rifle called “Telesto” and the description reads, “Vestiges of the Queen’s Harbingers yet linger among Saturn’s moons.”
The official quote from Xûr, “An end will come, Guardian. Bring it about sooner with Telesto, a vestige of the Queen’s Harbringers. This Fusion Rifle will attach projectiles to your foes and detonate with a delayed Void blast. Multikills with this weapon will drop Orbs for your allies.”
2.) SEALED AHAMKARA GRASPS
The second item featured is Exotic Hunter Gauntlets called “Sealed Ahamkara Grasps” and the description reads, “Plating the Ahamkara bones in silver helps to quiet the auditory hallucinations…oh bearer mine.”
The official quote from Xûr, “Hunters: these Sealed Ahamkara Grasps are filled with Nightmare Fuel. They will provide you with an additional melee charge and your melee damage will have a chance to reload your Primary Weapon.”
3.) SLEEPER SIMULANT
The third item is Heavy Fusion Rifle that we previously covered called “Sleeper Simulant” and the description reads, “Subroutine IKELOS: Status=complete. MIDNIGHT EXIGENT: Status=still in progress.”
The official quote from Xûr, “Sleeper Simulant: a Fusion Rifle equipped in your Heavy Weapon slot. This weapon’s laser tears through enemies and ricochets on hard surfaces.”
With all of the cool new gear available in The Taken King, it’s great to hear that Bungie is doubling vault space for players. Bungie also revealed a bunch more weapons for the expansion, including this sword.
