Xbox One backwards compatibility coming November
Microsoft today announced during their Gamescom briefing that backwards compatibility will launch for everyone in November. The service is currently available only to Xbox One Preview Program members.
Microsoft today announced during their Gamescom briefing that backwards compatibility will launch for everyone in November. The service is currently available only to Xbox One Preview Program members.
There will be more than one hundred games available at launch, with “hundreds” more coming later, said Microsoft’s Mike Ybarra during the conference. The initial lineup can be found here.
Ybarra also confirmed that Windows 10 integration will launch for Xbox One in November. In addition, Microsoft announced that all future Xbox 360 Games With Gold titles will be backwards compatible.
