Nintendo has announced a new bundle for the Wii U, this time featuring a digital version of Mario Kart 8.
The 32GB Wii U console will come with Mario Kart 8 pre-installed and will include download codes for both of the DLC expansion packs, The Legend of Zelda and Animal Crossing. The Mario Kart 8 Wii U bundle will be priced at $299 and, according to Nintendo, is on sale now in retail stores across the country.
Nintendo previously released a Mario Kart 8 bundle last year at a higher price of $329, but that included a red Mario Wii wheel controller, a red Mario Wii remote plus controller, and a hard copy of the game.
This announcement comes days before the highly anticipated release of Super Mario Maker, which launches on this Friday, Sept. 11th. The Super Mario Maker Wii U bundle will be released exclusively at Wal-Mart.
