A new Metal Gear Solid 5 PS4 bug has been reported
Soon after Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain released, a save damaging bug was found. Now, another game breaking bug has been reported. And it is affecting the files of those who are trying to play the game on a PlayStation 4 with multiple accounts.Some are reporting that playing Metal Gear Solid V on a PlayStation 4 with multiple Sony Entertainment Network accounts attached to it can result in the following error message: "This save data cannot be used, as the relevant downloadable content was not found." This makes it impossible to launch the game.

For now, it is recommended to use only a single SEN account per PlayStation. Konami has stated that they are working on a solution, and will announce details at a further date.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is available on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The game’s main multiplayer mode, Metal Gear Online, is set for an October release.
