Cross-Platform play is coming to the next Street Fighter 5 beta
It has been announced that the next Street Fighter V beta will feature cross-platform play between the PlayStation 4 and PC.Capcom has announced that Street Fighter V's next test period will allow PC and PlayStation 4 players to go head to head with each other. Capcom also gave the specs that PC players will need in order to run Street Fighter V on their PCs. Unfortunately, no dates for the beta period have been announced.

The previous Street Fighter V beta was held in late August through early September. The beta met with severe issues before the servers were shut down. Capcom did relaunch them later.
Street Fighter V will release in March 2016. The title will launch for PC and PlayStation 4. It was recently announced that Karin will be a playable fighter in the game. You can see about that here. You can land yourself a spot in the beta by preordering the game.
