From Software possibly has next Souls game title.

Recently Dark Souls publisher, Bandai Namco has filed a trademarked in the U.S. for “Slashy Souls.” The website refers to “Slashy Souls” as a kind of game software. Dark Souls III is coming out in 2016, so fans can only assume “Slashy Souls” may be a new type of Souls game.

The platform that Slashy Souls will be released for is still unclear, it could be a mobile game. There is a chance that Slashy Souls won’t actually be a Dark Souls related game, but we’ll have to wait and see.

Bandai Namco has also trademarked the names “Thousand Storm,” and “Burning Blood.” Hidetaka Miyazaki, the president of From Software, stated in an interview that he’s hoping to release several new projects, and one of them will be a science fiction game. This suggests From Software may release new games that will differ from their past titles.
