A new trailer shows off the PS4-exclusive downloadable content that will be available for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.
As shown off by Sony and Ubisoft, the trailer reveals “The Dreadful Crimes Mission Pack” that will only be available to users who play Assassin’s Creed Syndicate on a PS4 system.
The pack comes equipped with 10 missions featured around the Penny Dreadful pocket novels from the 19th century. These novels were extremely popular with the working class and revolved around sensationalized crime.
The DLC will play out through a younger detective named Artie who teams up with famous Penny Dreadful journalist Henry Raymond. Players will be able to play as both characters from the main game, Evie and Jacob, and the missions will take them all across London, including Whitechapel and Buckingham Palace.
“It’s up to you to choose whom to interrogate and your deductive skills will be put to the test in determining how to proceed. Once you feel you have successfully identified the culprit, you can confront and accuse them, but beware… accusing the wrong suspect will result in a decreased reward!” a post on the European PlayStation Blog reads.
The Dreadful Crimes Mission Pack will be available alongside Assassin’s Creed Syndicate on October 23 for PS4.
