In the new trailer for NBA 2K16’s MyCareer mode, it appears as if there will be plenty of things to do when you aren’t on the court. Click here if the video doesn’t load.
The MyCareer mode is a story directed by Spike Lee that shows your player’s success from high school to the NBA. The trailer shows that the center of all the action in your career is called MyCourt. This is a practice court that you are free to customize. Walls, floors, and hoops can all be custom tailored. Still yet, 2K16 allows you to design NBA arenas as well as teams.
The MyCareer progress of your character and even your shoe collection can be exhibited. You also have the ability to invite friends to play on your own designed court.
What do you do when you’re not on the court? You can either deal with contracts, forge connections with NBA players, improve your skills in practice mode by running drill, or even star in commercials.
The game launches on September 29 but you can play 4 days earlier by preordering.
