The 3rd mascot legendary from Generation VI will be the flagship creature for the newest Pokemon anime special “The Strongest Mega Evolution: Act IV”, with a special debut of the “Ash Greninja”.
There are 5 forms for Zygarde in total, starting from the top left: Core, Cell, 10%, 50% and Perfect Forme. The requisites for accessing each form has yet to be confirmed, but there is a heirachy as determined in the scan. The Core serves as the central piece of the Pokemon through all forms: swapping from the flat ‘Cell’ form to the doberman looking form, the original form from Pokemon XY and the final mech robot looking form. Some statistics concerning Zygarde’s Perfect Forme is also revealed including the impressive height of 4.5m and 610kg. It is further implied that Zygarde’s power is on par with that of Yveltal and Xerneas.
The other featured alternate form is Greninja’s colour scheme that seems to be similar to Ash Ketchum from the anime. Again, there is no confirmation as to the origin of this form, but there definitely seems to be a tie to Ash as they give this form the nickname “Ash Greninja”.
The special Pokemon episode is to be broadcast on October 29th in Japan and will shed light on this new revelation. It will be a double featured episode heralding the arrival of Pokemon XY & Z.
