The final piece of the trilogy will reach its conclusion on November 10th, 2015. It was confirmed earlier by Blizzard’s president Mike Morhaime that the game would be released by the end of 2015. This trailer is a cut from the game’s opening cutscene, showing the last ditch effort for the Protoss to reclaim their pride and survival from the Zerg.
The video made its debut during the StarCraft II World Championship Series, a tournament run by Blizzard Entertainment and is currently running as of the time of this article’s writeup. Releasing with new units, a multiplayer co-op mode and promises of some big changes to really change the game as we know it, StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void is shaping up to be a great big bang for the sendoff of this trilogy.
