Out of all of Nintendo’s huge franchises, it seems Super Smash Bros. is benefitting the most from the new rise in downloadable content. From the return of some classic N64 stages, to characters like Ryu from Street Fighter, something new is around the corner all the time.
Today the Big N has announced a new Super Smash Bros. stage that is based around the new title Super Mario Maker. At the beginning of each battle a “hand” will come in and create the stage, much like the player creates a stage in Super Mario Maker. What’s even more interesting is the fact that the stage’s layout will change every time you play it.
This new Super Mario Maker stage will be available to download on September 30th for $2.50 on both the Wii U and the 3DS. You can also get both together for $3.50. Set your calendar for this new great addition to Super Smash Bros.
