The Witcher 3 expansion side quests to be level 30, large patch on its way
When story DLC is made for an RPG, people tend to worry. Sometimes, RPG's will lock out certain quests if players have completed the game or gotten a certain portion of the way into the game. This means that players will either have to revert to an earlier save, losing time they spent on the game, or have to start a new game, costing more time. Thankfully, CD Projekt Red has released some information on their first paid DLC, titled Heart of Stone.CD Projekt Red's Community Lead & Website Coordinator Marcin Momot answered a tweet asking whether the DLC will be playable after the main story quest is done. He responded with, "You can play it after/during the main story. The HoS quests will be level 30+ though." When another person on Twitter asked about Ng+ availability and scaling, Marcin Momot stated that they'll both be available and scaling for Ng+.

As well, there’s a teaser trailer and huge update coming soon, but for now, they’re just being…well teased. However, CD Projekt Red plans on revealing something about The Witcher 3, so we can only hope it’s either the trailer or the patch notes, or both.
