Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 released this week on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Unfortunately, the release has not gone very smooth. Players have experienced a number of issues, and now Activision has responded.
In a statement, Activision acknowledged the problems affecting Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5: “We are aware of the issues that players have experienced following the launch of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 and are working with the developer to address these so that we can continue to improve the gameplay experience for all of the Tony Hawk fans who have known and loved this franchise for more than 16 years.”
Unfortunately, Activision did not say when players can expect the patch.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 is available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game will launch on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in November for $40. The last-gen versions of the game will lack the “seamless” online multiplayer that is included in the new-generation versions.
