With the Xbox One’s announcement of backwards compatibility sometime this November, more and more games are being announced as backwards compatible. A gem of the last generation has recently been announced via Twitter to be backwards compatible: Burnout Paradise.
Yes there was, and yes it is… It’s in the pipe, five-by-five. Stay tuned for a date though. https://t.co/y2bhTuOccQ

Criterion Games released Burnout Paradise in June of 2008 and garnered much appeal from critics, ranking an 88 on Metacritic. Its emphasis on high-noctane racing and crashing opponents added a strategic sort of thrill to smashing your opponents into concrete pillars or careening them into oncoming traffic.
Every week Xbox One owners seem to have another game added to their ever-growing list of backwards compatible games to get excited about. Has your favorite game of the last generation made the list yet? Sound off in the comments and let us know what game you’d like to receive the backwards compatibility treatment.
