The limited edition art book for Fallout 4 is now available for pre-order from Bethesda’s online shop. The limited and standard editions of the book are both set to be shipped December 22 with the standard release sporting a $50 pricetag and the limited edition $85. Both books feature never-before-seen designs and concept art from the upcoming game along with commentary from the developers, but it does seem like they’ve added a fair bit to the limited release, with a list of features and goodies not included in the standard edition coming care of Bethesda:
- Fully printed slipcase featuring wrap-around image of the Power Armor on metallic paper and soft touch lam, for a ‘metal’ look.
- Hardcover soft touch art book with debossing, gloss and black gilding features.
- Black cloth portfolio that holds an original exclusive full-color archival printed 9” x12″ mini lithograph with digital signature of Ray Lederer, concept artist from Bethesda.
- 382 total pages, which includes a 16-page Art Gallery Section with full size in-game artwork and text from the Bethesda team only available in the Limited Edition.
- Includes a redemption code for digital copy of the regular edition of The Art of Fallout 4 regular edition.
- Approx. Dims: 9.6″W x 12.75″H x 2″ D.
With the $85 pricetag this product does seem a bit pricey, but it does look like Bethesda has gone all-out in making it worth every cent. Prints are currently limited to 5,000 copies so if your interested… times running out I guess.
