Grand Theft Auto V update not coming to last gen
Grand Theft Auto V is getting a 'Halloween Surprise' update, announced this past Thursday. The update adds new content to the game, and is exclusive to the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. This is the second update to be exclusive to current generation machines.The Halloween update adds new masks for heists, found in the Monsters sections of the Vespucci Movie Masks store. Along with the masks is 20 new bobble heads you can add to any new car, 30 new facepaints to help you get in the 'spooky' mood, and two new vehicles.

The Halloween update adds new masks for heists, found in the Monsters sections of the Vespucci Movie Masks store. Along with the masks is 20 new bobble heads you can add to any new car, 30 new facepaints to help you get in the ‘spooky’ mood, and two new vehicles.
The new vehicles are the Lurcher Hurse and the Fraken Stage. Rockstar has also announced a weekend only event for the Halloween Surprise event, that will be announced later on.
Grand Theft Auto V will also have a new adversary mode that can have up to 8 players. The mode is named Slasher, and has an official description from Rockstar.
“Run, hide, and fight to survive in the darkness as the player designated as the Slasher stalks their prey with a shotgun, […] Use your new flashlight to navigate if you dare, but be careful not to reveal your position or you’ll quickly become prey. Survive for 3 minutes and you’ll get the chance to return the favor with a shotgun of your own.”
The duration of the Halloween Surprise event runs from October 29th to November 16th.
