Final Fantasy XV adds Moogles
Following the results of last week's poll, Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata tweeted that moogles will make an appearance in-game. Moogles have appeared in many of the Final Fantasy games, including VII, XIII-2, and XIV-A Realm Reborn. As to what state they will appear in, Tabata said "it won’t be a very chatty Moogle, but will be done with a suitably light level of development work as a fun little#FFXV extra." While this is certiantly This begs the question, however, of if this add on will push FFXIV's release date back even further. To put everyone's mind at ease, the official twitter page for FFXV issued a three part tweet stating: " Development update! The pre-beta version of FFXIV is complete. For the past 6 months we have focused on crossing this line. At my request PR and publicity has been relatively quiet recently to allow us to focus on finishing this stage of FFXIV development."

The page also gave us something more to look forward to come March. “We’re making great progress towards FFXIV and our big event next March will reveal lots more. Hope you’re looking forward to it. TBT”
As of now, Final Fantasy is still set to come out sometime in 2016.
