Game of Thrones a Telltale series is getting a second season
Unless you live under a rock, the name Game of Thrones has rung through your ears countless times. Not only has the Song of Ice and Fire book series become a massively successful television show, but has also made its way to the video game world. Much like the show, it doesn't look like it will be ending any time soon.Telltale's CEO, Kevin Bruner, told The Hollywood Reporter that a season 2 to the episodic game series was in the works. "When we initially announced the series in 2013, we let everyone know this would be a multi-title, multiyear partnership with HBO," he stated. "After this week's finale, I'm pleased to officially confirm that there will be a second season of Telltale's Game of Thrones series, and that it's currently in development."
Unless you live under a rock, the name Game of Thrones has rung through your ears countless times. Telltale’s CEO, Kevin Bruner, told The Hollywood Reporter that a season 2 to the episodic game series was in the works. “When we initially announced the series in 2013, we let everyone know this would be a multi-title, multiyear partnership with HBO,” he stated. “After this week’s finale, I’m pleased to officially confirm that there will be a second season of Telltale’s Game of Thrones series, and that it’s currently in development.”
While the final episode to the first season, The Ice Dragon, only came out a few days ago, it is good to see Telltale is fully committed to the series. With the colossal success to Game of Thrones as a whole, it only makes sense.
