Black Friday is less than three weeks away. With Xbox One looking to see a “massive migration” from the Xbox 360 — according to Aaron Greenberg — and PS4 hoping to maintain its lead over Microsoft, gamers stand to benefit from a slew of great deals.
Recently, Gamestop’s Black Friday ad was leaked and subsequently posted on BFads.net. The 319-item list features deals on games, accessories, gaming memorabilia, and of course consoles. The highlight of the leak is that customers looking to upgrade to the current generation of consoles can purchase both Xbox One and PS4 bundles for $299 a piece.
Other deals include Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition for $40, the recently released Guitar Hero for $69.99, and $20 off the Lunar White Xbox One controller. The Black Friday weekend will also feature a buy 2 get 1 free deal on all preowned games and consoles. You can even pick up a used Move-controller for $9.99 (down from $39.96). This list doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of all the deals being made available for gamers. For the full list of items check out BFads.net.
Unlike many major retailers, Gamestop will not be opened on Thanksgiving Day. Instead, they will open up early November 27th for people to take advantage of all of these discounted prices.
Of course, more retailers — Best Buy, Walmart, and if Circuit City makes a resurgence — will begin to release their Black Friday ads, and we at Gamespresso will have them all covered for you!
