Gran Turismo Sport announced for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR
The president of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Jim Ryan, and the president of Polyphony Digital, Kazunori Yamauchi, announced Gran Turismo Sport for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR at Sony's Paris Games Week press conference.The announcement included plans for two year-long racing championships that players can race in. These will reportedly culminate in a ceremony where the winners get to celebrate with real-world racing champions. How this will work or when has yet to be detailed.

The game is currently being developed to support PlayStation VR and does not appear to be exclusive to it in any way. A beta for the game will be releasing in early 2016.
